Individual Counseling for both Men & Women
- Focus on Adults (18+ years old)
- Sessions are up to 60 minutes long – extended sessions are available by appointment
- Sessions are typically once a week although the frequency is the cohesive decision of the client and counselor. Frequency can increase or decrease as necessary.
- HIPPA compliant video sessions are available at the discretion of the therapist. When available, face-to-face sessions are preferred to establish a foundational therapeutic relationship with the client.
Group Counseling is also available throughout the year or per request. For a current list of our groups in session click here. Please inquire at Chesterfield Counseling Associates if you are interested in hosting a group for your church, office, or family/friends. Pricing is unique to each group.
Licensed Supervision is available for Counselors-In-Training and Provisionally Licensed Counselors. Please inquire for availability and pricing.
Fees and Insurance
$130.00 per session – payable at the time of the session
- Double sessions (90 minutes) are available on request or need
- A reduced fee may be available based on financial need. Please discuss this with me during your initial phone consultation.
- Payment is due at the time of the appointment
- Cash, Checks and Credit Card are accepted
- Virtual appointments will be invoiced through Square and are due upon receipt
- There is a $25 service charge for all returned checks
Many clients ask if they can utilize their insurance benefits for therapy. The answer is yes, but there are some important things to note:
- I am a Network Provider for United Healthcare. It is the responsibility of the client to contact their insurance provider to confirm their benefits, including copay/co-insurance amount, prior to the first session.
- Questions to ask your insurance provider:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible?
- How many sessions does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per session?

- I am an Out-of-Network provider for other insurance companies. I can provide you with a SuperBill to submit to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement of your payment.
